30-min call: we map the problem, scope, deadline. No NDA at this stage.

Estimate
Within 48h: scope, schedule, cost. A concrete document, not a vague pitch.

Kickoff
B2B contract, access, repo, comms channel. First commit the same week.

Delivery
Weekly demo, documentation, team code review. Knowledge transfer at the end.
Rate and engagement model.
Starting rate - final quote depends on stack complexity, deadline, and whether the project needs architectural consulting. Technical audit is billed fixed-price (from 6 000 PLN).
